How does the Civoux watch work?

The CIVOUX watches are equipped with a quartz movement. With a battery, electrical voltage is sent to so-called "quartz crystals" that are incorporated into the timepiece. This causes the crystals to vibrate, after which these vibrations are transmitted to the time mechanism.

How do I wind my Civoux watch?

You do not need to wind the watch. If your watch stops working then either the movement is damaged or the battery needs to be replaced. If you are unsure whether the movement is damaged, you can always contact us at info@civoux.nl.

how do I take care of my Civoux watch?

You can clean it with a microfiber cloth when needed. You can also wash the case and bracelet every few months with soapy water and a soft brush. After you have worn the watch in the sea, it is important to wash it with fresh water to remove any salt and sand deposits. Before cleaning the watch, always make sure that the winding crown is securely screwed down against the case.

How do I set the time on a Civoux?

Civoux watches can be set by pulling out the crown to the first notch. This will allow you to set the time. Be sure to screw down the crown against the case to avoid any water damage.

Is Civoux water resistant?

Yes, the Skycha model is water resistant to about 50 meters. To maintain the water resistance of the watch, the crown must be securely screwed down against the case.

Can I order an engraved Civoux?

No, we do not currently offer engraved Civoux watches.

COVID-19 information

Available items are shipped within 1 business day. It depends on the logistics service provider when your package will be delivered. Our logistics service provider is Post NL and they have no delays at the moment. So you can expect your package at home the next day. Should there be any changes in this process you will be informed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free international shipping.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed on working days before 17:00 will be processed the same day. For a detailed view of the shipping times for your country of residence, please refer to the product page of the watch you wish to order.

Can I track my order?

Will you reimburse the shipping cost of my package if I return it?

No, unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping costs of your package if you return it without contacting us first. However, if you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we will refund the shipping costs. wel terug.

I entered the wrong address, now what?

If you have entered an incorrect address when placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have already shipped your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the address. Civoux is also not responsible for these mistakes and cannot be held liable.

How can I replace a lost Civoux warranty card?

The Civoux warranty card we send by email cannot be reissued under any circumstances. We will try to find out through our system who the buyer is, but you cannot derive any rights from this.

Can you tell a little more about the warranty?

If the mechanism in the watch no longer functions properly, please contact us and we will provide a replacement. We will ask for the serial number that is included on the card that we email with each purchase. If there are any signs of external damage that may cause the watch to malfunction, or if the watch has been damaged by improper use, unfortunately the warranty will be voided.

Can I exchange my watch?

Yes, it is possible if we have the color or model in stock. Please note that the product being returned must be in its original box with all original protective materials. Civoux will not reimburse any shipping costs.

After completing your payment details during the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email. We will process your order and send you the track & trace code by email. If everything goes according to plan, you will receive the watch the next day after you placed the order.
