REFUND POLICY

Civoux strives to provide the best quality products, but sometimes unexpected things can happen. If there is something wrong with the product you received, or in your opinion the product is not as described, you can return it. We will not process refunds if no valid reason is given for returning the product or if the product is returned without contacting us first. You can exchange and return the product within 14 days after receiving the product.

After inspection by our ''Quality Service'' department, we will proceed with the return. Civoux will refund the purchase price of the product returned in original condition to the original purchaser, by the original method of payment. Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and all return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. The total turnaround time for receiving and inspecting the product usually takes 7 business days.

After we agree to the return, a confirmation email will be sent from info@civoux.nl once your return has been processed and your account credited. Please write ''RETURN ITEM'' on the package to avoid certain miscommunication. Civoux reserves the right to refuse to return products that do not meet the above return requirements.

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the problem.

Warranty

The movement of the watch is guaranteed for one year. If the mechanism in the watch stops working properly, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement. We will ask for the serial number on the warranty card that we email with each purchase. If there are signs of external and/or impact damage that may cause the watch to malfunction or if the watch has been damaged by improper use, unfortunately the warranty will be voided.

Warranty

Op het uurwerk van het horloge zit twee jaar garantie. Als het mechanisme in het horloge niet meer naar behoren werkt, neem dan contact met ons op en wij zorgen voor een vervanging. Wij zullen om het serienummer vragen op de garantiekaart die wij bij elke aankoop per e-mail verzenden. Indien er tekenen zijn van uitwendige en/of stootschade waardoor het uurwerk mogelijk niet naar behoren functioneert of indien het uurwerk is beschadigd door oneigenlijk gebruik, vervalt helaas de garantie.
